This gallery is a testament to my continuing interest and development as a photographer. I am not trained, I have merely picked up a camera and started learning everything by immersing myself in it along with a bit of help from various online communities and a few friends.

I got a Canon A95 as a christmas present in 2004 and have been taking pictures of things ever since. It turned into a bit of a hobby when I realised I could take some fantastic shots without needing a £700 (D)SLR. This was spurred on when I signed up as a member on Renderosity, where you can find me as "inshaala".

Over the summer of '06 I worked in a studio taking shots of items to post on ebay and had access to the DSLR there. After that and with the earnings i bought myself a Canon 30D. All of the shots in the "Journeyman" gallery are taken with this great camera.

As for me, I am 22 and about to graduate in International Relations and Spanish at St Andrews University, UK. I live (when not at uni) with my parents in Stratford-Upon-Avon with all of Shakespeare's tourists!

I have just booked myself on a 3-month long volunteer program helping out with excavations of a newly discovered Incan complex in the sacred valley near Machu Pichu. I will undoubtedly be taking my camera, so you have some Andean photos to look forward to ;)

Hope you enjoy your visit here!
